Right of Withdrawal \/ Model Withdrawal Form<\/strong><\/h2>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

Consumers have a right of withdrawal in accordance with the following provisions. A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their trade, business or self-employed profession:<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

Right of withdrawal<\/strong><\/h2>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period will expire after fourteen days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the last good.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Senol Celebi, Teutonenweg 10c, 22453 Hamburg, Germany, info@master-watch-parts.com, phone: +49 40 32534740) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an e-mail). You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not obligatory. You can also exercise your right of withdrawal online at https:\/\/master-watch-parts.com\/en\/withdraw-from-contract\/<\/a>. If you use this online function, we will send you an acknowledgement of receipt on a durable medium (e.g. by e-mail) without undue delay, containing information on the content of your withdrawal statement and the date and time of its receipt.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

Effects of withdrawal<\/strong><\/h2>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired. <\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

The right of withdrawal does not apply to the following contracts:<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

Contracts for the supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, if they were unsealed after delivery. <\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

Contracts for the supply of goods which, after delivery, have been inseparably mixed with other items according to their nature. <\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

The right of withdrawal does not apply to consumers who, at the time the contract is concluded, are not nationals of a member state of the European Union and whose sole place of residence and delivery address are located outside the European Union at that time.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

General notes<\/strong><\/h2>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

1. Please handle the goods in a way that avoids damage and soiling. If possible, return them in their original packaging with all accessories. If the original packaging is no longer available, please use other packaging that adequately protects the goods against damage in transit.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

2. Please do not return the goods with postage unpaid.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

3. The notes under 1 and 2 are not a precondition for the effective exercise of the right of withdrawal.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n
