After adapting to darkness, the human eye changes to scotopic vision with higher sensitivity but no color perception. In such situations, the blue emission is more visible to the human eye.<\/p>\n<p>The consequence of this behavior is an optimal application in GL for short-term and BL for long-term legibility.<\/p>\n<p>A 1:1 ratio of pigment and binder is good for easy application.
