Authenticity of reviews

Only customers who bought the item from us can review it. Access is via their own order. Reviews are possible up to 15 days after the order for delivery within Germany and up to 45 days for delivery abroad.

We check every review ourselves before publishing it. We publish positive and negative reviews. A review is not published, or published with stars only, solely for one of these reasons:

• Insults, personal attacks, harassment or defamation
• Hate, racism, antisemitism, fascism, extremism or discrimination
• Glorification of violence or war, support for terrorism, incitement to crime or threats
• Pornographic, sexual, obscene, vulgar content or content harmful to minors
• Personal data such as phone numbers, email addresses or home addresses
• Links and web addresses
• Advertising, spam or sales offers
• Political, religious or social opinions
• Infringement of third-party rights (trademarks, copyright, personality and name rights)
• Meaningless content, third-party images, content unrelated to the product or erroneous content
• Content about another item or another seller
• Contradiction between text and stars (e.g. “item broken” with five stars)
• Pretending to be another person or company
• Extortion: threatening a bad review to force something
• Other legal violation

Texts are never shortened or changed. We give nothing in return for reviews – no discounts, vouchers or gifts. Employees and relatives do not write reviews.

The overall rating is the simple average of all published reviews since 23 October 2026. We may reply to reviews publicly. Any review can be reported via “Report review”. Reviews are shown with stars and, where available, with title and text. Customers can edit their review for 7 days and delete it at any time.
