Yes, you will receive your invoice as a PDF file in a separate e-mail – at the latest within 5 working days. Please also check your spam folder.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your item and therefore offer you an extended return period of 30 days in total. For consumers, this period consists of two phases:

Day 1 to 14 (statutory right of withdrawal): During the first 14 days after receipt of the goods, the statutory right of withdrawal applies. During this time, you can withdraw from your order without giving any reason and send it back to us.

Day 15 to 30 (voluntary right of return): In addition to the statutory right of withdrawal, we grant you a voluntary right of return, giving you 30 days in total. However, a return from day 15 onwards requires that the goods are returned to us unused, undamaged and in their original packaging. If you make use of this voluntary right, the buyer bears the cost of the return.

No. All prices shown in our shop are fixed final prices, regardless of the country of delivery. For orders from third countries, we do not deduct German VAT from the purchase price, nor do we refund it afterwards. Please note that shipments to non-EU countries may incur additional local import VAT, customs duties or fees. These are borne by the buyer unless otherwise stated for the selected shipping method during the ordering process.
