Some useful information from the producer of Super-LumiNova:

Swiss Super-LumiNova® works like a light-storage battery that can be charged an unlimited number of times without any loss of performance over decades.

It can be charged with sunlight or artificial light.

The human eye has the highest sensitivity to the green emission when
coming directly from sunlight into the dark (photopic vision).
After adaptation to darkness, the human eye changes to scotopic vision with
higher sensitivity but no color perception. In such situations, the
blue emission is better visible to the human eye.
